  • By participating in the promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Microsoft will randomly select the 7 (seven) winners, who will each win one of the 7 (seven) Canon IXUS 100 digital cameras, from those who have a ticket and have registered their individual details for Tech·Ed NZ 2009 by 31st July 2009. The winners will be notified by 5pm Friday 14th August.
  • If you have tickets via a Corporate Package, in order to be eligible for the prize you must have your individual details registered prior to 31st July 2009. The prizes will be given to individuals.
  • Microsoft reserves the right to modify the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. All decisions of Microsoft with regards to the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner agrees that to the extent permitted by law, Microsoft New Zealand Limited, its associated companies and agencies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, including personal injury, which is suffered as a result of, or arising from, any person receiving the prize.
  • It is a condition of accepting the major prize that the winner agrees to Microsoft publicly disclosing the winner’s name, sponsor/employer who has purchased the Tech·Ed ticket, and town or city.
