    • Notebook offer only available to individually registered delegates for Microsoft NZ Tech·Ed 2009. If you are attending Tech·Ed as part of a corporate package, you must also have registered as an "individual within a corporate package" here to be eligible for this offer.
    • Offer strictly limited to one Notebook per registered attendee.
    • The Notebook offer ends 5.00pm Friday 4 September 2009 (or sooner if stocks are exhausted). Orders must be completed by this time to be eligible.
    • Please note that this delegate offer will not be available at the Tech·Ed conference, or after 4 September.
    • Orders must be placed online via credit card or direct credit.
    • Windows 7 Ultimate is provided as a Not For Resale licence. Please note the Notebook does not include a full Windows OEM licence and cannot be resold with the provided Windows 7 Ultimate Not for Resale licence.
    • A Windows 7 Ultimate trial is installed which needs to be activated with a licence key. A Not For Resale licence key will be available separately at Tech·Ed.
    • If not picked up during Tech·Ed, the Notebook may be delivered to the Tech·Ed delegate at the delegate’s risk and expense.
    • Microsoft New Zealand reserves the right to change the dates and/or the conditions of Notebook collection (at Microsoft’s reasonable expense) if Notebooks are not available for pick up for any reason during Tech·Ed 2009.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded. If the Notebook is acquired for the purposes of a business, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.

  • Collection

    Notebooks purchased can be collected in person at Tech·Ed NZ from 2pm, Sunday 13th September. The registered Tech·Ed delegate will need to supply proof of purchase, their Tech·Ed delegate pass, and photo ID (eg. drivers licence).

    • Pick-up times at Tech·Ed:
      • Sunday 13 September 2.00pm – 7.00pm
      • Monday 14 September 8.00am – 2.00pm
    • The Tech·Ed Notebook pick up desk, will be on level 4, SkyCity Convention Centre, Federal Street, Auckland City.
    • Pick up must be in person. Tech·Ed delegates must bring proof of purchase, photo ID (eg. drivers licence) and have a valid Tech·Ed NZ 2009 delegate pass.
    • If not picked up during Tech·Ed, the Notebook may be delivered to Tech·Ed delegates at delegates' risk and expense.
