  • Breakout Session Evaluations

    Immediately after each session has started, delegates will have the ability to complete an online evaluation form for that breakout session. This is carried out using the evaluation icon ( ) on the Schedule Builder. Breakout session evaluation forms will be available until 25 September, but for the chance to win an instant prize, you must submit your feedback during the event!

    The Overall Evaluation will be available until Wednesday 30th September, and in addition to the instant prizes available during the event, delegates will have a chance to win a brand new HP ProBook 5310m worth $1,895. The winner will be announced on Monday 5th October.

Online Evaluation Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is open to all Tech.Ed 2009 New Zealand delegates.
  2. Instructions on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. By completing the online evaluation forms (breakout sessions and/or overall conference), you agree to these terms and conditions.
  3. By completing the online evaluation forms, you are entered into the draw. You can complete as many breakout session evaluation forms as you have attended. You can only complete one overall conference evaluation form.
  4. All entries become the property of Microsoft. Microsoft is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrect or misdirected entries.
  5. Microsoft reserves the right to modify the promotion and these terms and conditions at any time for any reason. The prize winners selected will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. By accepting any instant prize you win, you confirm you can accept the prize according to your employer’s policies. Government employees may be requested to provide this confirmation in writing for some prizes.
  7. Prize winners will be notified instantly after completion of their evaluation form. The winner will be requested to collect their prize during opening hours from the Microsoft Tech.Ed registration desk. A valid delegate pass will be required to verify you as the winner.
  8. Prizes include 10 Samsung MP3 Players (4GB), 10 Samsung Digital Camera (10MP), 10 Microsoft Wireless Desktop 3000, 10 Microsoft Arc Mouse, 10 Microsoft LifeCam Show, 10 Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000, 150 Ezi Rest Pillows, 150 Universal Travel Plugs. In addition there is one prize of a HP ProBook 5310m for the overall conference evaluation.
  9. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  10. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner agrees that to the extent permitted by law, Microsoft New Zealand Limited, its associated companies and agencies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss of damage whatsoever, which is suffered as a result of, or arising from, any person entering the promotion or in connection with receiving any prize.
  11. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winners agree to Microsoft publicly disclosing the winners’ name and town or city at the Tech.Ed 2009 NZ conference and on the Tech.Ed website(s).
